Dr. B.A. (Yomi) Ishola
Chief Executive Director
Seasoned technology leader with many years of experience in IT strategy and digital transformation. Drives the company's vision and strategic direction.
Dr. B. A. (Yomi) Ishola serves as CEO of Cradle TechSoft Solutions Ltd. He holds a BSc (1985) and MSc (1988) in Computer Science from Obafemi Awolowo University, an MBA from the University of Lagos (1993), and a PhD in Business Administration from National University, CA (2017). His professional training includes cybersecurity at Harvard University, management at INSEAD France, and leadership at Thunderbird, Arizona.
He began his career in 1986 as a computer science lecturer at Ogun State University. He transitioned to industry roles, joining Mobil Oil Nigeria in 1990 as their pioneer Systems Manager. He advanced through various leadership positions at ExxonMobil in Nigeria and the US, eventually becoming a senior manager in IT and Nigerian Content Development before retiring in 2018.
Since retirement, he has served as a facilitator in the Computer Science Department at the National Open University of Nigeria, supervising numerous final-year student projects.
Dr. Ishola's interests include app development, cybersecurity, data analytics, and cloud computing.

Kamar K. Bada is an experienced professional with over 20 years in the upstream Oil and Gas industry, having held senior project management roles at ExxonMobil. He holds a Civil Engineering degree from Obafemi Awolowo University and an MSc in Oil & Gas Engineering from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen.
Following his successful ExxonMobil career, Kamar transitioned to entrepreneurship by establishing 3trive Castles Ltd, a dredging and haulage company that serves as a key supplier for major infrastructure projects including the Lagos/Calabar Coastal Road. He has enhanced his expertise through leadership programs at the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and Thunderbird School of Global Management.
